Extremely sensitive to us & Cocoa's end-of-life journey. They made our family dog's passing a comfortable and humane experience in our home's living room vs a cold clinic. Teresa, our vet, was professional & let us dictate the timing of every step. This is the way a grieving, delicate event like euthanasia should take place. Well done to all.
